Work Principle

The freeze air dryer the principle of refrigeration to reduce the temperature of the compressed air, so that the
water vapor in the compressed air is supersaturated at low temperature and cold condensed into liquid water beads,
and then thecondensed water (including some oil and dust) is separated from the compressed air by means of air-water
separation and discharged out of the machine through the drainer, so as to obtain the dry compressed air.

The Refrigerated air dryer is a post-processing equipment specially designed to remove moisture from air compressors, using the principle of cooling and condensation to remove more than 95% of the moisture in compressed air.

It is used with precision filters to remove a large amount of moisture, oil and Impurities to achieve the high-quality clean air
required for gas usage.
